In 43 years only missed pickup twice due to snow and ice. No complaints
Someone actually answers the phone with little to no wait time almost always. Very reliable service visits, and notifications when running a day late or two regarding inclement weather. You owe it to yourself to experience Zan's and rates are very competitive as well.

I have been using Zan's for the past four years or so. I have never had any issues. I put the trash out the night before pick up and it is emptied when I arrive home from work the next day. Never any mess, never any grief. If I leave an extra bag next to the container it's always taken. The few times I have interacted with the drivers they have been polite and friendly. Price is the slightly less than the national chain I was using before. I'm happy to support a local business that does an outstanding job. NO idea what the negative reviews are about.

Zan's has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions to provide excellent customer service. Have always had good interactions with drivers and office personnel.
The office manager was very friendly and helpful. I got an email the same day with the information that I needed.
Our Zan's team is the best!! They work so hard to pick up our trash so efficiently, and return our collection bins to our back gate. Thank you for all you do Zan's.
