Our pickup services operate Monday through Friday. Upon signing up for service, we will notify you of your scheduled pickup day. We can not guarantee specific pickup times, so we suggest placing your can on the curb the night before your scheduled pickup for curbside service.

At Zan’s Refuse Service, Inc., we do not pick up electronic waste. Since electronic waste is hazardous, it requires a special disposal process and cannot be disposed of in landfills.

The price of our 20, 30, and 40-yard dumpsters includes up to 4 tons of waste. The storage capacity of each dumpster can be found below:

• 20-Yard Dumpster Dimensions: 22 ft (Length) x 7.5 ft (Width) x 4 ft (Height)
• 30-Yard Dumpster Dimensions: 22 ft (Length) x 7.5 ft (Width) x 6 ft (Height)
• 40-Yard Dumpster Dimensions: 22 ft (Length) x 7.5 ft (Width) x 8 ft (Height)

We have three different sizes of dumpsters available at Zan’s Refuse Service, Inc.:

• 30-Yard Dumpster Dimensions: 22 ft (Length) x 7.5 ft (Width) x 6 ft (Height)

Yes, if you are signed up for trash pickup, you can also add yard waste services.   We offer yard waste pickup services for up to 5 bags of yard waste at a time. With our yard waste disposal services, you can dispose of your yard waste, including soil, bushes, grass, and grass clippings.

Our schedules for residential and commercial garbage pickups are Monday through Friday. Our fixed pickup schedule will determine specific pickup days in your area.  

We offer residential trash pickup on a fixed weekly schedule.  

Zan’s Refuse Service, Inc. picks up all waste apart from the following:

• Hazardous materials, including petroleum products, propane tanks, and tires.
• Any items marked as “biohazard” and “infectious waste.”
• Large furniture, including couches, beds, and mattresses.
• Electronic appliances, including washers, dryers, and refrigerators.
• Construction materials, including lumber, bricks, and tree stumps.

No, you do not have to be present for the waste collection. You can simply leave your trash collection container at the curbside or backdoor of your house. Our experts will reach your location on your scheduled day, collect the waste, and leave the empty container behind for your next use.

Choosing between a trash pickup service and renting dumpsters depends on your waste disposal needs. If you generate household waste on a regular basis, then registering for our weekly trash pickup service might be suitable for you. However, if you have a large amount of waste to dispose of due to a project or the size of your business, a dumpster rental may be more effective.
