Curbside Service

Our curbside service comes with a 96-gallon Toter brand trash cart that can be rolled to the end of your driveway on your scheduled service day.

  • A 96-gallon Toter brand container is provided for FREE
  • Customer is responsible for rolling cart to the end of their driveway on assigned service day
  • Efficient and timely trash removal
  • Additional removal of up to 5 bags of yard waste with your weekly collection (All yard waste must be properly bagged to ensure efficient removal).

Backdoor Service

If total convenience is what you seek, than try our premier backdoor service. You can leave your waste at your backdoor or anywhere on your property and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • Premier personalized service and the most convenient
  • Total convenience means the customer doesn’t have to remember their service day or move their waste
  • Efficient and timely trash removal
  • Additional removal of up to 5 bags of yard waste with your weekly collection (All yard waste must be properly bagged to ensure efficient removal).
  • Homeowners provide their own containers and any type is acceptable

We accept all forms of waste EXCEPT the following items:

  • Hazardous Material (examples: petroleum products, propane tanks, wet paint, tires, etc.)
  • Biohazard & Infectious Waste (examples: hypodermic needles, any items marked “Biohazard” or “Infectious Waste” including empty containers, etc.)
  • Large Furniture (examples: couches, recliners, beds, mattresses, etc.)
  • Home Appliances (examples: refrigerators, washers, and dryers)
  • Construction Material (examples: lumber, sheetrock, and shingles)

Follow the steps below to eliminate any stench from your can and make it smell new.

1. Place your trash can in an area that can get wet.
2. Squirt a bit of dishsoap or bleach in it.
3. Use a sprayer attached to a hose and spray that trash can down!
4. Empty the water.
5. Rinse.
6. Repeat if necessary.

Service Cancellation Policy

All residential customers must give a 30 day written notice to cancel their service with Zan’s Refuse Service.  Residential customers may cancel before their payment cycle concludes, however no monies will be refunded and we can continue collecting until the conclusion of that time period pending homeowner approval.  Zan’s Refuse Service holds the right if proper cancellation is not provided it does not have to refund any money for service cancellation.
